Presented by Primary Care Partnership, Dr. Karen Ottenstein and Dr. Cathleen Hood.  The Mediterranean Diet - the only diet shown to decrease the risk of heart disease and cancer and preserve cognitive function.  Learn how to eat like the people who live in the Mediterranean region and fill your plate with fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains, legumes and fish.

SATURDAY, MARCH 24, 1:00 - 4:30 PM

Shirley Pryor and Lynda Loranger present a three and one-half hour, one day workshop for women from age 13 - 100!  Journey Through The Feminine offers the opportunity to share common and uncommon experiences during this expressive arts workshop.  We will journal, use art, movement, dance, sound and meditation to share and learn from each other's experiences.  This workshop will be conducted in three phases to address the challenges and joys women share as they pass through the three phases of womanhood.  Bring your daughter, your mother or just yourself!
