Sleep is a necessary part of any healthy lifestyle.  Most people need 7-8 hours of sleep per night.  It is a myth that people need less sleep as they get older but many older people do have trouble sleeping.  Come learn about the dynamics of getting a good night's sleep to foster good physical and mental health!

At the time of her husband's death, Dannie Engwert began assembling mandalas daily.  She photographed each one before taking it apart.  They all became a book of mandalas.  Carl Jung and Dr. Judith Cornell recorded that repeatedly creating a mandala balances a person.  Loss comes in many forms and this Good Grief workshop is planned to bring balance by creating mandalas.
